Urls not seo are not redirected to the url seo

Example: I try to see the video from the page www.domain.tld/video/4025_video-title. The page is redirected to domain.tld/watch_video.php?v=4025. This is wrong. Should redirect to domain.tld/video/4025_video-title. The same if I create a redirect dns from any domain, and this, I follow the string video/4025_video-title, so having test.tld/video/4025_video-title.
