4.2 Generate Language Pack not working

I have ClipBucket 4.2 running on Ubuntu 18.04 with PHP-FPM 7.4, but also with PHP-FPM 7.2 the feature "Generate Langauge Pack" is not working.

  • Click on "Generate Pack" button nothing happens. I am trying to generate the German lang pack.

In the access.log is see the click was done, but nothing in the error log. CP Debug Mode enabled, still no error.
