I couldn't remember the domain name for bitcoinocracy.com and tried to google for the concept ("vote with bitcoin", "vote by signing with bitcoin private keys" etc.), but the site was always missing from or very low in the search results.

Way above bitcoinocracy.com, I saw hits to these related sites:

• bitcongress.org
