put_wall_post ignoring fields?

Hi, I'm trying to use put_wall_post to post to a page, but it seems to ignore most of the fields (using the example post, with a different link and image url) the post contains the 'Hello there!' and the link, with an image from the link. This leaves out 1) the 'name', 2) 'caption', 3) 'description'. Is this an issue for anyone else or is there an issue with permissions or access codes or something?
