Option to use the Site Restricted API

Please add an option to CSE wrapper that allows use of the site restricted URI, i.e.

https://www.googleapis.com/customsearch/v1/siterestrict?[parameters]

instead of

https://www.googleapis.com/customsearch/v1?[parameters]
