Is better alignment possible for powerline glyphs in VS Code?
Problem: alignment of Powerline glyphs is slightly off in VS Code.

This is a continuation from https://github.com/arrowtype/recursive/issues/351. It may be unavoidable due to the VS Code issue https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/84432, which in turn seems to potentially come down to a Chromium issue.
Possibly, there is something that could be done in the font metrics or in alternate powerline glyphs that could hack around this... it doesn’t seem likely, but could be worth a quick experiment.
Sounds like some improvements on this front have landed in insiders, will test shortly!

Nice, thanks for letting me know here, @idan!
In a quick test, is does look like if the Terminal > Integrated: Renderer Type is set to dom in the Insider’s Build, things render better.... buuut, it’s only sometimes for me. It seems to depend on my font size / whether I am zoomed in or out.
