go-runewidth の StringWidth() に起因する tview のバグが原因

  • どちらも issue が立っているので様子見
  • 暫定的な対策として、Ctrl + L で再描画できるようにしてる

幅が不明な絵文字 or 半角カタカナを含むツイートが表示域にある時、再描画をかけると上部のメニューが消えて描画がぐちゃぐちゃになる （Windows terminal 固有の症状かも）
