Keychain service (windows) crashes on pipe client disconnect

Keychain service (windows) crashes on pipe client disconnect. Test case:

  1. start win service
  2. connect by putty client
  3. exec some commands, for example, "create command"
  4. close putty client => crash.

Need to fix it.
