music wont download

when i double click the music i want, it just says " queued remotely " and dosent download. what does that mean and how do i get it to work?

It is most likely a port forwarding issue. You have to open some ports in your router and specify those in iSoul preferences. Take a look here http://portforward.com/ for instance.
