Add additional test cases to the functional tests

Issue Overview

Add additional test cases to the functional tests:

• Recently, there was an issue when the last release in modules page (as well as in individual module pages) contained different version than the latest one. So the test case should retrieve the latest version and verify that both the modules and particular module page contain the same version
• Some time ago, there was introduced banner that is added to older release announcements and contains information that there is a newer version released (referencing the latest announcement). eg. all Drone announcements prior to 2.4.2 (eg. 2.3.1) contain the banner with the reference to the 2.4.2 version.
