Preliminary upgrade to Persistence Guide upgrade.

Using some more recent stuff : Arquillian 1.0.0.CR8, JBoss AS 7.1.1, Glassfish 3.1.2

BTW, should I upgrade package name from com.acme.jpa to org.jboss.arquillian.examples.jpa or org.jboss.arquillian.examples.jpa2 ?

In general i would look at the Arquillian-Showcase repository instead of this one. https://github.com/arquillian/arquillian-showcase

Not quite decided what to do with this yet.

The Arquillian-Showcase repository is a great example. I just found it a bit difficult as I started with Arquillian. I find that some simpler but standalone examples are nice beside the guides.

But I just did that to upgrade the Persistence Guide. You can throw that away, the result will be in the guide.

Yea, the Showcase we initially intended to only be used for Conference presentations and we figured it would be setup a bit different then the examples..
