[BUG] The generated heatmap is not compatible with my json file results

I got json files results and extracted the resistance genes related to my assemblies. After that I tried to get heatmap with the directory containing the json files, but the number and diversity of the resistance genes in my samples can not be seen in the heatmap. I found 61 resistance genes (perfect and strict hits) in the json file results for all of my samples but 20 of them are missed in the heatmap. why all of the genes can not be seen in the heatmap and would you please guide me to have a complete heatmap for all of my results? Thank you

@JALEM1 can you share the commands you used? Are all the 20 hits Strict hits or a mix? If it's possible please share the jsons so that we can help debug. Cheers. You can share via google drive maybe?
