ARO extensions?
Dear ARO team, EBI is planning to use ARO to map AMR meta data from a collaborator and existing AMR data in EBI archives. ARO gives the best coverage of existing meta data. I am writing to ask if in principle ARO would consider extending some terms to cover some additional terms for existing branches? thanks Helen
@helenp yes indeed. We just finished some work with UniProt so would be very happy to support EBI. Always happy to add new terms to support AMR work, either via issues here or at https://github.com/arpcard/amr_curation. Happy to chat via ZOOM as well.
