black vertical lines appear under mouse in graphs in firefox

This is firefox on the mac with plugins disabled.

See attached gif. Nothing happens if the page doesn't have focus, but as soon as it does and you mouse over a graph it borks itself. Initial couple seconds of mousing around are without focus, then i click the page, and the black lines start appearing.
