Running ImmuneDB using Singularity

I am still quite new to bioinformatics, but I am attempting to run the immuneDB docker pipeline via Singularity. I was able to use Docker on my local machine to run this pipeline on the example files and was able to perform igblast on my files, however I ran into a BrokenPipeError whenever I try to import my files. I am limited to 8GB of RAM on my computer which I suspect has been the cause of my issues. I have recently gained access to a server that was created by my institution with considerably more RAM and has singularity installed. I was wondering if somebody might be able to advise me as to what code I should enter in order to run the ImmuneDB container through Singularity on my server? Any advice would be much appreciated.
