Instagram allows "Alphabetical order", along with "Insertion order" Although Insertion order is useful sometimes, it is very difficult to read, when seeing all list.

Below can be some 2 options can be help: 1 "Alphabetical order" 0 to 9, then a to z 2 "Rank order", all like reds are top, then orange, purple, blue etc
