Heat Issues - Macbook Pro 2012 Mid

Thanks for this excellent Instructions.

Would like to hear your experience on the heating issue on these devices MBP 2012 Mid, I installed mbpfan but still the CPU temperature is hitting 75+ Celsius.

Is it safe to use in long run or is there any suggestions to resolve the heating issues ?
