Composer version outdated

Repo composer says 1.2 but the project versions in composer include up to 1.1, and I also see a new release in GitHub 1.3 with interesting changes I would appreciate being pushed to composer.

Hey @msoffredi, sorry about that. It has a long time that I don't touch in this project. Feel free to help me out or even suggest something to make this better.

I don't know why the hell packgist is not updating the version, but you can use the dev-master version.

I did! Sure I will investigate why that is and propose a fix as a contribution. Keep the issue open and I will take care of it.
