Some vacation_sieve enhancements.

I still think that your plugin is superior to the managesieve vacation enhancement, which will be release with RoundCube 1.1 - Please see http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1488266

Maybe there is a possibility to merge your missing enhancements upstream?
