Hi, thanks so much for this wonderful script, it does the job, the FW is changed, the new RPM values are saved, even after reboot, but the actual actions (RPM's) are very high, if I type show sensor info, it shows same RPM (and of course I can hear no change), looks like the FW HELPS, but only few seconds (like 4) after bingo flashed, and then returns to normal. (I'de also done soldering part).

oh, wait, this only helps to lower the "ALARM" trigger level, right? If yes I am stupid... So I have to put more resistance? I installed 47ohm, that still gives 2200+ RPM.
