Add support for SIP Proxies so that non FritzBox SIP trunks can configured

Hi, can you add the support for SIP Proxy! To use SIP Trunk providers like bellSIP or Fonial we need to add a SIP Proxy server. The pjsua2 is supporting the config option, but the HA plugin should make the proxy config setting and handling available. Can you please add the proxy support in the ha-plugin?

just fyi vonage and linphone sip work fine, so not locked to just using fritzboz sip trunks only
