To Be Filled by OEM – R72-11316.B Causing Problems when Enrolling
So I been Trying to find out why Chromium is saying that the HWID and Serial Number Have to be Filled by OEM
Im currently testing new Hardware for a upcoming project with enrollment
Is there a way to force a SN or HWID in anyway? cause the rest of the Os works perfectly , but im able to Enroll devices without one

The best way is to pick up the serial from BIOS. Have a look at dmidecode -t 1 for options. If you post that, I can potentially fix this. What laptops are you using?
i have tried Dmidecode -t 1 to see the serial number from the BIOS but i found out the BIOS has no number.
im using a custom made computer running it, as its for signage.
i wanted to know if there was a way you can gen serial numbers if there isnt one available like a UUID code based on hardware or something like this.
i will post the photo from the command, im just currently out of the office at the moment.

Is there a update on this? Possibly maybe generating the SN based on hardware in the computer like windows does?
Im still looking for options and I found a company called cloudready but there out of price range and we were struggling to get some wifi drivers working on it
