Not booting on i7-8700k
So, I have an USB with atb 72 special, and after I choose "local image A" it gets stuck at "booting local image A". My PC has got an i7-8700k (as title) and a GTX 1070 Ti on a z370 MSI Gaming Pro Carbon mobo
That will probably be the lack of Nvidia drivers for your 1070Ti.
@arnoldthebat Do you have a script to enable display drivers, like you can for BMCA wifi adapters?
Is there a way to disable the card? (My BIOS doesn't have a disable GPU option)
You should be able to plug your monitor into the ports on your mobo such as VGA/HDMI And not use the ports on your GPU.
You don't have to disable your GPU in the BIOS as far I am aware.
Welp if I use the hdmi mobo port there is no video I already tried activating igd multi-monitor but it doesn't seem to work

There is an option above the multi-monitor setting that I am guessing you have set to PEG is stands for "PCI Express Graphics. Try changing PEG to IGD (which should be your CPU's graphics.)
You should be able to enable multi-monitor, However, if it doesn't work then try disabling it.
You wouldn't need this but just in case here is a guide on how to clear your CMOS if changing those settings stop you form accessing your BIOS. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1330841/Msi-Z370-Gaming-Plus.html?page=37
Thanks for replying! Btw I've already tried IGD, and well I had to reset the cmos
Hmm ok.
As I said before you are just missing the driver for your GPU. I have a GTX 1060 I'll try building an image that works for my card and I'll share it with you if I can get it working.
Thanks! I've even tried unplugging the gpu and using the mobo hdmi but it didn't work :/
Ok.
Give me a couple of weeks and I’ll see what I can do.
Thanks, I'll wait! :))
and nothing happend
Same for me...
Is the screen really blank, or still cursors in upper left? In case of latter it may be looking for wrong storage device. Oddly enough for me it sometimes works reconnecting USB-drive.
and nothing happend
What other steps did you try?
