Chrome://flags not working

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with Chrome://flags since R69 but at that time incognito was working. Now on R72, it's working on neither normal mode or incognito.

Can you try and download the latest R72 version please (its the same URL but Ive updated). chrome://flags is working fine on my test laptops....

Did you try with guest mode or while logged in? It works in guest mode, but not after logging in.

@arnoldthebat please include this in all of your builds to fix this flags issue for good: https://github.com/imperador/chromefy/blob/master/swtpm.tar

Its the only way that can work coz the BIOS of most laptop doesn't allow ownership takeover by non-windows OS.
