Empty limits of an integral is not removed

Steps to Reproduce

(Required) Provide steps that are specific and repeatable

1. Type int
2. Move into the upper bound with the arrow keys
3. Delete the upper bound

Actual Behavior

The bound becomes empty but does not show a placeholder

Expected Behavior

The bound should show a placeholder to show that the bound spot hasn't been removed yet.

Similar to limits, I don't think a placeholder should be inserted here, however for consistency the inferior/superior limit should probably be removed when empty.

@arnog The limits are already removed so you can mark this as resolved. I didn't realize that you wanted the placeholders to not be there by default. However, the limits for "lim\limits_{x\to 1}" doesn't work but that is a separate issue.
