Feature Request/ Add a menubar button only option in settings

I have noticed there is no way to make this app into a menubar app only, and not showing on the dock when the app is open. This makes the app a bit intrusive although I love its functionality.

Since the app itself does not need to be in the app switcher or does not have a real GUI, this would be great to be added.

Also, there is no run the app at startup (I know you can go to preferences on the Mac and create it as a startup item), but it would be great to have this option on the app preferences.
