Default Counting Players

Is it possible to set the default players for Tank + Heal + DDs? Or, that would be nicer: Can i disable to show how much players are required for the raid?

By default players you mean setting up certain players automatically for each raid? If yes, than no, there is no such feature. Disabling the number of players required is not possible either (unless you modify some code).
