Add more content in Parent's section

Issue:

We need to expand the range of topics in our Parent's Section. While we cover sexual health education, talks with children, and handling their questions, we're missing key subjects like puberty changes, responsible social media use, understanding sexual orientation and gender identity, sexual health safety, and the concept of healthy relationships. Adding these will make our content more holistic and useful to parents.

Proposed Changes:

• Adding “Puberty Changes” details for parents.
• Creating a “Social Media Use” guide to inform parents about online dangers their child may face.
• Introducing a section on “Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.”
• Including “Safe Practices” in sexual health.
• Developing a “Healthy Relationships” segment to establish relationship values.
