I have download the octo files according to Octo Inference Setup,why still no octo model found

I met this problem when I run the commend:deepstream-app -c deepstream_app_config.txt I am using: deepstream6.1.1 jetpack5.0.2 python3.8

I use "sudo rm deepstream-app " command to delete this application. However,when I run the command " make -C nvdsinfer_custom_impl_Yolo clean && make -C nvdsinfer_custom_impl_Yolo" ,nothing happens.What can I do....
