Text area keyboard issues

OS: Windows 10 German keyboard layout

Sometimes wrong characters appear.

First issue:

1. Press 'a'
2. Press 'Alt+s' (or any other combination that should not produce any character
3. 'a' appears. The same happens if the user presses 'F1', 'Num-lock', 'Windows key', ...

Second problem

1. Press 'a'
2. Press 'Alt+v'
3. lots of a appear

Third problem

1. Press 'a'
2. Hold 'Alt+b'
3. A console window starts to appear and disappear in high frequency (look at the task bar)

Fourth problem (Might be a feature request?) Tab does not work. But I think it should be optional to allow 'Tab' for switching control focus in zui.

Fifth problem Non printable characters, e.g. chinese characters that are missing in the font should get a recplacement glyph like a question mark in a box or something similar and not a blank.

A horizontal scroll-bar is also missing but I think this is a known zui limitation is this case.
