Rotating the projection box breaks scaling (Project Fill Layer)

Issue description: When the projection box is rotated to one side, e.g. to project onto another surface, the scaling handles are changed as well - it destroys the previous scaling
Steps to reproduce: Activate the projection box, scale it in Z to project a smaller / more precise area - rotate it
I've been testing the current version with the transform cube (move / scale / rotate) for a while now and I think that just a few small improvements will bring it really damn close to the very good planar projection feature from Adobe in Substance Painter! https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/spdoc/planar-projection-220857125.html
I also created the following bugs, I think these are important to solve first: Currently the handles break the scaling of the projection when rotating -https://github.com/armory3d/armorpaint/issues/1369#issue-1200543343.
In addition to the features already mentioned above, integration into the Undo / Redo stack + Reset would be absolutely necessary - see: https://github.com/armory3d/armorpaint/issues/1368#issue-1200518607!
