Z-Order issue in color wheel in preferences dialog

ArmorPaint version: ArmorPaint.org - v0.9 (2022-02-17) - a044960 Windows - Direct3D11

Issue description: There is a z-order issue in color wheel in preferences dialog.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the preferences dialog, switch to theme and open the color wheel of the second theme color (WINDOWS_BG_COL) grafik
  2. Click on RGB. Now the wheel is closed and another one is opened for the theme color directly below the RGB tab. grafik

Also clicking at other places is hardly possible. The hex color selector is alsmost completely useless.
