Support SC 1.16.1 compatible mode

Currently https://github.com/saintofidiocy/EUDEnableR can't run the latest euddraft compiled maps. Running EUD map on SC 1.16.1 is handy for debugging, especially for game crashes. I need to provide minimal reproducible example and help troubleshooting.
