Add CVE filter flags

Can you add flags to:

  • show whitelisted CVEs that are not applicable anymore
  • Temporary disable CVE whitelisting

Temporary disable CVE whitelisting -> Currently it's possible to do this by commenting out the "vulnerability' scanner, x-ray only for now. Is this good enough or should there need to be a flag or something else do achieve the same?

The first item, "show whitelisted CVEs that are not applicable anymore", would be very nice to have!
