Flakify the dev shells

To use, run nix develop for the default shell, or nix develop .#analysis or nix develop .#maintenance for the others.

This only adds dev shells. Obviously it would be nice to have a defaultPackage as well, so that nix run github:armijnhemel/binaryanalysis-ng would work out of the box.
