rootfs-create: drop hacks in `/etc/default/console-setup` and `setupcon` call
- I believe this is what causes the red systemd error on console-setup during boot
Walkthrough
This change removes the console-setup customization block from create_new_rootfs_cache_via_debootstrap in lib/functions/rootfs/rootfs-create.sh. The deleted block previously detected /SDCARD/etc/default/console-setup, updated CHARMAP, FONTSIZE, and CODESET, and executed setupcon --save --force. All other script logic, including locale configuration, apt sources handling, and debootstrap phases, remains unchanged.

Doesn't have impact - systemd error stays at first boot if this is removed.

time to close the PR, then or is this still a good idea regardless?
