Ethernet Lan Intel i211 + Bluetooth Stability
So it appears that with the update moving from OC 0.6.6 to 0.9.3 plus a massive leap from Big Sur to Ventura indeed broke the ability to use my ethernet lan Intel i211. If you make the update to OC 0.9.3 and stay on Big Sur from what I can tell the lan should still work just fine. Monterey also has this problem from what I hear as well.
I've heard of some users using AppleIGB but I've heard that is not as stable. Wifi still works just fine but would love to get my gig speed back.... May just have to downgrade back to Big Sur.
Appears that not only do we have ethernet issues but also bluetooth stability issues as well. At this time I've rolled back to Big Sur while using the updated 0.9.3 opencore. Everything seems to be running fine from that stand point.
I've gone ahead and updated to OpenCore 0.9.9 and updated the system to Ventura 13.6.6. It obviously broke the ethernet Lan which we already knew. So I decided to move on and purchase this TP Link USB Lan https://amzn.to/49QpCGm which works great and requires no kext or updates. Just plugs into a USB slot and I'm able to get gig speed ups and downs.
As for the the Broadcom BCM94360NG card Ventura will be the last MacOS. It appears that the Bluetooth stability on Ventura 13.6.6 is much better and continuity still works just fine. I've been running Ventura 13.6.6 for the past 3-4 days and it seems to be just fine.
As for Sonoma I'll wait and see in a few more months to upgrade. When I purchased this motherboard it originally came with the Intel AX200 WIFI/BT card which I swapped out for the Broadcom card. Apparently the AX200 works much better on Sonoma with better speeds as well but will require a few kext to get it working.
