Update SDK version

As Visual Studio 2022 is now available, SDK version could be updated.

I think I'll hold off on this one for now. I'll at least see about updating the project and SDK stuff to VS2019, which is the version I'm using for now. I don't see much benefit in supporting the latest version in the case of this project though; it's trivial to install the 2019 build tools in 2022 though, or to simply upgrade the project file via the IDE.

Will leave the PR open for now though, thanks for the attention :)
