windows code cleanup

windows code needs severe cleanup:

• functions length (250 lines in service.c)
• deprecated code not removed
• strncmp bizarre calls
• mix of implementation and test code
• over-initialisation of local variables
• not compliant with Armadito coding style guide

Where can I download the Windows version? Some English sites have screenshots, but I can’t find them anywhere. Forgive me for the off-topic question.
