Activitypub support

Sometimes people are reticent to create a new account for a service if they aren't sure how much use they will give to it. Adding ActivityPub support would allow users from across the whole fediverse connect with the Blender.Community folk, and viceversa. Meaning that people outside blender.community will be able to follow posts, communities and users of it, and also comment on posts, but also that users from blender.community will be able to interact with people from outside services.

This could be seen as undesired behaviour when you think that anyone can interact here, but when thinking about it we see that only people already interested in Blender will find and know about these communities.

Would be interesting to see this federate with something, like Prismo.

But doesn't video.blender.org already federate?
