How do I run locally the latest version of dillo master branch?

Hello, I'm trying run dillo locally so I installed dependencies with poetry install and applied the migrations python tests/manage.py migrate also I checked status of postgresql.service. But i get 404 error from django in browser.

I couldn't find any installation documentation like v3.0.0
