Improve production Install document

I was following this document to find out gaps and found this issue where not a single link under "Recommended prerequisites" is clickable . I had to copy and paste manually on the browser which is frustrating for developers and one of the link got 404 error and the content on that link has been deleted already. I want to fix this.
