Get kicked from Server, when scrolling the command list in the CommandBlockEditor to quickly

Wehn you scroll the list of the chained commands to quickly, the server will kick you withe the reason

Kicked for exceeding packet rate limit

My uneducated guess says, the client requests the command block data every time you scroll.

pls fix :)
