Arlon CLI shouldn't depend on ArgoCD or Kubectl (or any) external CLI

today the Arlon CLI relies on a user having the following CLIs installed on their workstation

1. argocd
2. kubectl
3. GitHub

ArlonCLI should be self contained such that a user can operate it without needing to install additional components on their workstation OS.
