arlon-io.slack.com doesn't allow external users

I tried to join the Arlon slack using my personal gmail, and got this error: "[email protected] doesn’t have an account on this workspace."

@cruizen or somebody from the Platform9 team: could you please investigate how this Slack is administered, and find out how to either:

1. Open it up to community users
2. Or transfer ownership

For (2) @mpetason suggested this possible solution:

I think the easiest way to do it would be to get sue to add you to the [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) alias with your personal account, or ask Madhura or someone internal to make the request.
Sue updates it, you try to login with the arlon user, change the password, and then you're admin
but there's still visibility to other people at PF9 so it's not like you just took everything over.
