[Idea] Automatically add a Label and Annotations to Cluster Specs and Profiles/Bundles to make it easy to identify them as an object managed by Arlon

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users that hand-build CAPI clusters in the same management cluster that Arlon is running in are going to find it difficult to identify which clusters are hand-built VS the clusters build by Arlon.

The same holds true for applications deployed directly in ArgoCD. Users that leverage Arlon and Argo directly will have applications that are managed by either. This can make it difficult to identify which apps belong to Arlon.

Describe the solution you'd like To make it ease to identify the Arlon built clusters we should add a Label and Annotations such that a user can see in the CaRs metadata that it was built by Arlon

We should apply the same labels and annotations to the apps deployed from the clusters profile.

Describe alternatives you've considered The relationship to the Profile may be enough. and is in place today.

We need to distinguish clusters created by Arlon from other clusters created with other CAPI tools etc. (and we need this in PMK UI too to disable updates to clusters managed by Arlon from UI).
