scale testing and documentation of scale test results

We have been claiming that arlon is designed for large scale cluster provisioning and management but don't have the data to back it up. We should run some tests and document the results to give users a general idea of the scale and performance numbers. For example, how long does it take to perform these operations on N clusters:

• Provision
• Update base cluster
• Update profile
• Teardown
