Thunderbird integration

Thunderbird shares chat core with Instantbird. I'm assuming most of the UI here is reusable but haven't looked too far into it.

Some of the UI is shared, it might be beneficial to unfork some other parts if it helps this extension. (That's wanted regardless.)
