Nicer multi-head support

It'd be nice to have proper multi-screen support, so the frame would appear on every screen instead of the virtual screen, where only parts of it would be seen on each screen.

Yes, it would be nice to add support for such thing. However, this project is no longer actively developed by me. I'm merging PRs, though :D So, if you provide such PR I will review it and merge (I like the idea of multi-head support).
