Added Linux support.

  • [x] Tested on Ubuntu 22.04 + KDE Plasma + Wayland (KDE Neon)
  • [x] Theoretical support for X11 too
  • [x] Multiple fallback tools for screenshot
  • [x] Linux quickstart and setup files
  • [ ] enable not tested due to have run the app directly
  • [ ] Not tested on X11 yet

This is a very initial pull request to give some hints and working ideas for Linux support.
